The main room has a queen-size brass bed, a Victorian sofa, and an old steamer trunk. The second
room has a twin-sized wicker bed and nightstand. The Suite has five large windows, is bright, airy and

$110/night (2 nights or more $100/night DO)

This room is our most romantic. It is named for the New Hampshire township that can be seen from
the bay window overlooking the Connecticut River. Roses abound in shades of pink with sculptured lace
curtains and a decorative tin ceiling. There's a queen-size white iron bed, an old hope chest and
wingback chairs. The private bath has a shower only.

$90/night or 85/single (2 nights or more $85/night DO)

This room is named for the nearby village considered the most photographed in Vermont. It has a full
size bed and private bath with tub and shower. There is a comfortable swivel rocker, an antique dressing
table, a secret compartment in the footboard of the bed and a mystery door in the bathroom. A view of
our hillside pasture may provide a glimpse of our horses or other wildlife. The room is decorated in a
classic art deco style with creams and soft greens and delicate lace curtains.

$100/night or 90/single (2 nights or more $90/night DO)

Our newly re-decorated So.Peacham Room is located just "south" of our Peacham Room on the first
floor. Furnished with two twin beds, it is perfect for friends who want to share or those who cannot
manage the stairs. The beds can be put together for a short king if desired. There is a private bath with
tub and shower. This room has the only closet plus a large bureau for those who travel "light." Check
out the Alice in Wonderland door and the ornate tin ceiling. The room has a hillside pasture view and is
decorated with cream and green and burgundy and an abundance of natural woodwork. This room
appeals to those with less "frilly" tastes.

Allergy sufferers beware; this is a pet friendly inn and two dogs and cat reside here full time.

A deposit equal to 1 night's stay or a Credit Card number is required to confirm a reservation.
